Flying Kart Club is a newly emerging leisure and entertainment brand in the local area, and has been facing the key issue of selecting core equipment since the early stages of preparation in 2023. Their goal is to create a comprehensive karting venue that integrates professional competition, parent-child entertainment, and corporate team building, with extremely high requirements for vehicle performance, safety, and operational adaptability. After multiple rounds of market research and on-site inspections, we finally chose to establish a deep cooperation with us and purchased 15 professional level competitive go karts and 8 parent-child two person go karts. Currently, the venue has been operating stably for 10 months and has become a popular check-in spot in the region.
In terms of vehicle performance, our customized competitive go kart is equipped with a 200cc four stroke engine, with a top speed of up to 60km/h. It is also equipped with a professional grade roll cage and a five point seat belt. While ensuring a high-speed experience, the chassis tuning reduces the handling threshold, meeting the competitive needs of experienced players and allowing beginners to quickly get started. The parent-child model adopts a dual seat design, with an independent control system for the driver and auxiliary braking for the passenger. Parents can intervene in the driving status at any time to eliminate safety hazards from a hardware perspective.
Operational adaptability is another highlight of this collaboration. We have installed intelligent management modules for all vehicles, which can monitor the range status, fault warning, and driving trajectory of each vehicle in real time through the backend system. Club managers can complete vehicle scheduling and maintenance reminders on the central control screen, greatly reducing labor costs. In response to the needs of team building, we have also developed a timed racing system that supports group competitions, real-time ranking of results, and electronic certificate generation. In the first quarter of 2024 alone, the club undertook 32 corporate team building activities, increasing its revenue share to 40%.
During the cooperation process, the full cycle services we provided have also been highly recognized by our clients. From track design suggestions during the venue planning phase, to free operation training after vehicle delivery, to 724 hours of technical support in daily operations, we ensure that customers have no worries. According to feedback from club leaders, the vehicle failure rate has always been kept below 3%, far exceeding the industry average, and the customer repurchase rate is 25% higher than similar venues in the surrounding area.
This cooperation is not only a simple delivery of equipment, but also a successful practice of our three in one concept of "safety+experience+operation". In the future, we will continue to iterate our products based on customer needs, helping more go kart venues achieve dual enhancement of commercial value and user reputation.
